We’ve been saying them to ourselves every day for many years, over and over again. But coach Gyde von Wlassack explains to us that it is also possible to get into the habit of saying other – positive – sentences through a lot of hard work. We have to practise them until we believe them at some point. It is so important to harmonise your thoughts and feelings about yourself because only then can you tackle everything in life and, above all, be happy.
